2. GENERAL
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Website and the contractual relationship between the customer and SelectWood Sp. z o.o. By placing an order via the Website, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions. The contract language is English.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments shall apply from the moment of publication on the Website. Please check these Terms and Conditions before each use.
3. PRODUCTS AND CONTRACT
Products presented on the Website constitute a non-binding invitation to place an order. By clicking “Buy now” the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a contract.
A purchase contract is only formed when the customer receives an order confirmation by email. All products are new and manufactured in the European Union.
Personalized or custom-made products are excluded from the right to cancel.
4. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are stated in EUR and include VAT. Shipping is free of charge within the European Union.
We accept payment via Stripe, PayPal, Klarna or bank transfer. The purchase price must be paid in advance. If payment is not received within 5 working days, the order may be cancelled.
5. DELIVERY
The production time is approximately 7–15 business days, depending on the product. Delivery time is estimated at 5–9 business days after dispatch.
The delivery is carried out by a courier to the address specified in your order. Details about the number of packages and shipping are provided in the product description.
6. RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have the right to cancel your contract within 100 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period expires 100 days from the date you receive the goods.
This right does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Returns are free of charge within the EU. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods or proof of return.
7. WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS
Statutory warranty rights apply. The limitation period for warranty claims is two years from the date of delivery.
Personalized products can only be returned if defective. If a defect is found, please notify us in writing and provide photos of the product.

8. STATUTORY RIGHTS AND RETURNS
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights.
If the product does not meet its description, is not of satisfactory quality, or is unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a full refund, including applicable shipping costs.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content and intellectual property on the Website, including images, texts, and trademarks, remain the property of SelectWood Sp. z o.o. or its licensors.
The content is made available for personal and non-commercial use only. Any other use, copying, distribution or reproduction is prohibited.
10. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In case of disputes, customers may use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform provided by the European Commission:

11. DATA PROTECTION
We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Full information on data protection can be found in our Privacy Policy available on the Website.
12. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
Contracts are governed by EU law. For consumers, the competent court is the one in their place of residence. For business customers, the court at the registered office of SelectWood Sp. z o.o. shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. FINAL PROVISIONS
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
Any changes to the Terms must be made in writing.
